What is the operational scope of the RISS helpdesk?

RISS Help (https://help.riss.net) is a general help site for the RISS program. This helpdesk is the first line for public queries and functions as a triage site. User requests not handled at this level will be referred to the RISS regional center that covers the state where the user is located.
